Policy and Disclaimer: In signing or sending document by e-mail I agree to the aforementioned order of services
and merchandise total. I also understand that no work will be started without a returned sign copy or e-mailed copy
of the same.I agree this is a binding contract between A.B. Creations and myself that commits me to the purchase
of their services and merchandise in the aforementioned order of services. At any time A.B. Creations can dismiss
this contract if I don't meet the requirements set forth. It is understood that A.B. Creations require 100% deposit,
before the start of the order. I agree to have sent ______(total merchandise and service payment) for custom sashes.
I understand that this payment is nonrefundable due to it being custom work. I understand that I will be notified of my
balance (shipping and insurance costs) and will be due when services are completed. I also acknowledge that if my
account is not paid in full by the time services are completed and shipping costs are sent, I will not receive my item(s).
I will have 30 days after completion of services to pay in full or risk losing all monies I have sent and my item(s) may
be sold and all proceeds will go to A.B. Creations. It is understood A.B. Creations does not refund money for any
reason. Money Order, cashiers check and paypal are all accepted as form of payment. The buyer is responsible for
all shipping charges. It is understood that A.B. Creations reserves the right to publish any pictures that they have
taken or pictures that are sent to them of ordered merchandise.
