How many letters are included in the price? We do not charge per letter. If you require alot of lettering, we may suggest two lines on the main wording of the sash, rewording or placing at no extra charge. What are your sashes made of? We use high quality bridal satin. The embroidery is supported by two different interfacings. One for support the other for softness. Do all the banners have the white center? NO. We make them the way you want them. That includes any color in the center (see our color chart) How long will it take to get my banner? After the order is placed and paid in full, small orders of 1-5 sashes usually ship with in 5 business days. Larger orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. We ask that all orders of 8 or more to be placed and paid in full atleast 3 weeks before pageant date. Do you make banners for children? Yes. Please let us know if you need the sash smaller and if you want to request a length. Others charge for rehooping, do you? NO. Your main lettering will be embroidered in a 17 inch area. Crowns and other lettering can be placed at the shoulder or hip. Can you embroider on the back of the sash? Yes. Names can be placed on the back for a fee of $5.00. Other charges may apply to other lettering on the back. Can we have something added to the banner we won? Yes for a small fee and shipping. Can you custom design banners? We make them the way you want them. All orders are custom made. Anything you can dream up, we can make happen. Who do you ship with? We ship USPS. Most orders are shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation. Please let us know if you would like your items insured. We are not responsible for damages made in shipping. We also offer Express (overnight) Shipping. What is your policy on payments? Due to all sashes being custom, ALL orders must be paid in full before order will be started. We accept PayPal, money order and cashiers checks. Please make them out to April Bong. Any made out to A.B. Creations will not be accepted and order will not be completed. After payment is made order can not be canceled. Can I add my logo to the sash? Yes. We can digitize your logo. Most can be done with a $30.00 charge. Complicated designs may be more. The graphic should be sent in VECTOR format. Blurry graphics can not be digitized. Your logo will be used on only your merchandise. A copywrite release also must be filed. I have two weeks before my pageant, can you make my sashes? We accept rush orders ONLY if production time permits. A minimum of $25.00 rush fee will be applied to orders that need to arrive in 10 business days of payment. Orders with less than 10 days before pageant will be charged according to the number of sashes ordered. Rush orders will require Express Shipping. Shipping price is determined by weight of sashes. Do you offer more than Script and Block lettering? (font) Yes. We offer over 110 different fonts. That way your sashes will be exactly the way you want and will stand out compared to other pageants. I want a color for my sash that you don't have listed. Unfortunatly we are a slave to fashion and current colors. The colors we have listed are the only colors we can get in satin. If you would really like a certain color, we can look for it in a different fabric. We will also look for patterns or any other ideas you have for fabric choices. What about thread color choices? We have every color in the rainbow. Metalic thread will ONLY be used for crowns. NO EXCEPTIONS. How do I order? Order forms MUST be filled out by customer. A.B. Creations will notify you of pricing including shipping. Orders will not be started unless there is an orderform and payment. Payment must be made in full before order is started due to custom work. There are
no exceptions. This policy takes effect immediately. A.B. Creations reserves the right to turn down any order. |
